Experienced Steel Fabricator / Welder – Full Time 

As part of the continued growth and investment in our Steel Fabrications department, we are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator / Welder to join our team in Worcester.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and welding and will be confident working independently from engineering and fabrication drawings to produce high-quality structural and architectural steelwork.

Applicants should have previous professional fabrication experience, good MIG/MAG welding skills and a strong understanding of fabrication drawings, measurements and tolerances. Experience within structural steelwork, coded welding, EN 1090 environments and site installation would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, has excellent attention to detail and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of our wider fabrication team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established family business at an important stage in the development of our Fabrications division, with significant investment being made in our people, equipment, systems and capabilities.

Location: Worcester
Position: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 - 17:00
