We’re pleased to have refurbished this vehicle inspection ramp for @better_bromsgrove & Redditch District Council. We were approached by Adventure Leisure Ltd to manufacture and install two incredible double flight staircases at the brand-new @mulligansworcester facility in the heart of Worcester! ? The challenge was real, as we had to dismantle the old escalator mechanisms and remove them to make way for the new stairs. ?? But wait, there's more! To minimize disruption to neighbouring retailers, we cleverly designed the staircases to utilize the existing main lattice frames, providing a solid base framework for the new staircase installation. ?? ⏰ With a tight four-week deadline and the added pressure of other trades relying on our stairs for access, the pressure was on! But we persevered, and our team pulled off a stunning job. ?✨ The stairs were completed on time, allowing the main contractor to apply the final touches and get ready for the grand opening of this amazing facility! ?? #worcester #steelwork #steelfabrications #steelstaircase #metalwork #construction #commercialproject #commercialproperty

Market research consultants, Construction Markets reported steel holds the largest market share against other common materials. Mezzanine for Bespoke Refinishing Solutions. Our customer required additional floor space within their existing factory, with the only feasible option being a mezzanine, however, there were many factors to consider with its design. ?‍? It needed to be tall enough to clear the opening of the spray booth doors ?‍? Uprights needed to avoid blocking wide openings ?‍? Staircase needed to allow access around the back of a spray booth, without losing any of the mezzanine’s actual floor space ?‍? Installation had to take place around their busy production schedule with minimal downtime for the factory Having surveyed the site, our team were then able to successfully tailor the design to maximise the space whilst also reducing the installation time. #steelfabrications #steeldesign #steelstructure #steelwork #bespokerefinishingsolutions
